Food Truck Fest is a celebration of the city of Los Angeles. We welcomed seven well-known Food Trucks to our campus. Students used vouchers to sample and enjoy cuisines from Kogi BBQ, the Surfer Taco, Urban Oven, Dogtown Dogs, the Grilled Cheese Truck, Son of a Bun, and the Cupcake Place. The food exceeded our expectations. A Los Angeles local radio station kept the tunes rolling and shared promotional gifts with guests. My favorite part of the event was our sumo suit station where students could throw on protective gear and roll around. This lighthearted event was incredibly successful and enjoyed by both students and staff.
