Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator

When working professionally as a Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator at Particle Inc, I was the first company contact that the candidates had as they began the new hire process. I prepared and maintained candidate databases through Greenhouse Automated System Software to ensure the Recruitment Team stayed up to date on candidate details and managerial feedback. In addition, I held a high level of discretion and privacy regarding the applicant and team's private information and input. I coordinated and conducted virtual meetings across multiple time zones and language preferences. Through collaborations between the Human Resources Team and new hires, I fostered a safe and welcoming environment as a resource and representative of Particle's company culture, mission, and values.
